12. Diabetes mellitus

14. Head cancer
15. Neck cancer
16. Lung cancer
17. Relative or a friend with TB
18. Malnutrition
19. Protein deficiency
20. Immunosuppressive drugs like corticosteroids
21. IV drug abuse
22. Asian
23. Cigarette
24. Previous TB infection
25. Gastric surgery
26. Low body weight

History of Signs and symptoms:
1. Fever and night sweats
2. Weight loss 
3. Malaise
4. Adenopathy without pain
5. Cough
6. Hemoptysis
7. Pleuritic chest pain
