Most common cause of cervical dysplasia is HPV. It's differential diagnosis includes:

1. Cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia
2. Cervical glandular neoplasia
3. Acute cervicitis
4. Invasive cervical malignancy
5. Chronic cervicitis
6. Malignant tumor in uterus
7. Amblyopia in family
